I was one of the first groups to ever move into these apartments.

I've got to say- this is one of the most strict lease I've ever seen.

If you just a few days late on your payment, you receive an eviction notice.

I've lived there for a year now, my bathroom still has not been painted from when they were first built.

The manager / owner promised a swimming pool and they haven't even started on this.

The maintenance is HORRIBLE and the owner will stick you with whatever costs he can.

The review before is correct! The main walk way leaks every time it rains and during the winter.

They do nothing about it.

Also- when your lease is up, you have to give a 30 day notice.

If you are even one day late, your lease is renewed for an entire year again.

WORST MANAGEMENT YET! Again, we were told that we would atleast have numbers on our apartment doors, and we still have sticky notes on them.

It's too bad, because the layouts are beautiful.

I do NOT recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I guess they take your rent check but do not come through on their end of the bargain.

I'm moving too. I wonder who will be left living here.
