The only issue I have is with limited parking, but I assume that will improve whenever they finish construction and you can park on the street, which is just as convenient.
Nice neighborhood & I actually feel safer leaving my car on the street.
They take their time building because they do quality work.
Managers and maintenance staff are very helpful.
Hope the pool gets finished this summer.
I live on the third floor and bugs are not a problem.
Those people with bugs probably live on the first floor and with Chalco park/lake across the street, the vacant lot adjacent, & ongoing construction, that type of problem is to be expected, but they have sprayed for bugs a couple of times in the 6 months I've been living there.

haha thats funny, I moved there in August 2006 when the first building opened and they PROMISED me a pool by May 2007..so ya i would hope there would be a pool by summer of 2009 too! HA!

dont't hold your breath on getting a pool anytime soon. Lived here from 2007-present and been hearing that song and dance for quite awhile. They never live up to that "promise" just like the clubhouse they've been building for the last 10 months. what a joke!
