I lived here for one year after graduating college. I moved midway through my lease to a third floor apartment, since the first floor apartments get very noisy. The third floor was very quiet. Office staff is great at returning messages; however, they tend to tell you whatever you want to hear, regardless of whether or not it's correct. Maintenance is great and quick to respond. Gave 100% deposit back. Great location - rent a garage to keep your car safe. A lot of students here but still very quiet. Prices are a hundred dollars higher per month than similar apartments in nearby locations.
