I have lived here since last August and really love these apartments. The apartments themselves are very nice- really nice carpet, paint, appliances, and cupboards. I love the set up of the two bedroom. Location is great- right off 60th and about five min to UNO. Parking is great, usually park right in front of my apt (unless I come home after midnight or so).
The management was a little unorganized at first and there was some misunderstandings, but they worked everything out. Really friendly. The pool is nice and it is open really late in the year, which is convenient. I haven't really had to call maintenence much (which is good!) but when I did, they came within a day or two. The management are young and really nice too. Snow removal is prompt. There have been some car break-ins like many places, but new security was hired this year and a cop currently lives on-site. The common area in the middle of the complex is grassy and really nice too. Overall, the complex just looks really nice.
The only reason I am moving out is b/c I am getting a third roommate, and there are no three bedrooms. I would definitely recommend living here, the prices aren't bad and sometimes they have really good move-in specials.

I am a real resident who lives at spring tree. sorry if you have had some troubles here- i sure haven't! Stop responding to people's reviews accusing them of being staff, it's rude.
