When i lived there not too long ago my liscense plates were stolen and then my sisters car was stolen and then my car was stolen. Parking was almost impossible. The staff was really nice and maintenance was awesome and fast. I never felt very safe there. After i moved someone was killed in the apartments. I don't know how safe it really is because it is near a bad neighborhood and people tend to not steal from their own kind.. is what a police officer told me. They did allow us to break our lease without fees an were very nice and apologized multiple times. Nice place, small, friendly, close to UNO campus.. but just not very safe.

I agree with this post. I currently live and and do not feel very safe which is not common sense I am a strong and tall military female and living here with my husband. People get their cars broken into and stuff stolen all of the time, even my husbands new Nissan sentra was broken into.
