I've only had one problem here, I lost my appartment key. Although I wasn't familiar with the staff they took the time to help me and even got me a new key. All those who think this complex is horrid are upset from something else I expect and just decided to take it out on Steeplechase due to their bad luck in life not because there is anything wrong with the appartments here but they are just whiney people! I'd recommend this beautiful complex to anyone and everyone!
