I read the long negative commentary from someone else, and their only compliment was that Steeplechase shovels and salts their sidewalks and parking lots. Well, when I lived there, they sure didn't. The first ice storm we had I walked outside at 830 AM. (They had told me they salt and shovel by about 6 AM). And I fell, slipped on the inch of pure ice on the sidewalk, and broke my leg in 3 places. Not only did I not get an apology, they had the nerve to charge me with a 500 dollar fee, saying my carpet was dirty, when I moved out, (which before i moved in they had promised to clean, and never did) Not only did i go thru trama, The parking was so bad i often got mysterious scrapes on my car, and almost got sued for *bumping into* a car, which I never did. The managment was so unfriendly and was a complete nightmare! Advice, DONT DO IT!!
