I moved into Steeplechase a year ago. I was so excited, but that excitement ended very fast. The first thing was the managing office sucks. They are horrible unfriendly. The only good thing I could say is the management staff. The rest is just a waste of money. If you are thinking about it, don't take the chance please, it is not worth it. The management team is very snoby. Except for Samantha. Everyone equally rude and non compasionate. I am very disappointed with my choice. I will move out AsAp. AS soon as my lease expires. THere are loud noisy people at the pool partying all hours of the night and then coming out drunk the next morning. You can hear every little sound no matter what floor you live on. The people below are very uncomprehensible to people above who happen to walk or make the slightest noice. The management staff will not defend you. THis is one of the worst experiences I have ever had in an apartment complex. They are rude and mean in the office and snoby, don't do it.
