I moved into Steeplechase one month ago, and I wish I hadn't. I had a bad feeling from the first day I stepped into the office. They are not nice at all. My husband liked it here, so I trusted his judgement. The first week I was here, someone hit the passenger side of my car in the parking lot, causing $1300.00 worth of damage, and just drove off. The parking is horrendous. The lot is over- flowing at night. People park along the curb at corners and practically block the entrances. I received a notice yesterday that they are going to do street repair, and everyone who lives on my street, including the garages, cannot park there. I went into the office to ask where we are all suppose to go...and I was pretty much told to go f**k myself. I explained to them that I had received damage to my car before by parking in the lot, and that I prefer to park my car in the garage. They don't care, it's not their problem. Unfortunately I'm signed into a year lease, but after this experience, I want out. I'm going to tell everyone I know to stay away from here.
