Living at Steeplechase was the worst experience I have ever had! Although the apartments are generally nice, the people in the leasing office are absolutely ridiculous. There are no nice words that can even describe these people. I was appalled and have even filed a claim with the Better Business Bureau. These people should not be allowed to treat tenants the way they do. Many of my neighbors had the same experience. I moved the minute my lease was up.

Beware...they will make you pay to have the carpets professionally cleaned when you move out...no, you cannot clean them yourself...even if there are no stains...you will be charged!!!!!
