1st let me say this about the management: I've went into the office 5 times this year, each time they have lied about one thing or another.
1. Security Gates have never worked! They actually told me it had to be above 70 degrees for 3 days with no rain to fix them. That was in april of 2005.
2. Mice
3. Outside are very nice.
4. Inside is dirty, horrible carpet, trash everywhere.
5. Pool is very nice
6. work out center is nice
7. Getting things fixed' Close to impossible. Mgmt is more worried about leasing apts, then keep tenants.
8. Parking: Horrible.
9. Section 8 - not that anything is wrong with that, but nobody knows it.
10. Sex Offender - yes theres one here! Its public knowledge.
11. Garage's: Yeah they have them, but the grounds crew and maint.. has about 30% of them. Forget it.
12. Noise: They do nothing about tenants that violate the lease. Party, all nighters and they do nothing about it. NOTHING!
None of this information is screwed or exagerated. This is as honest as I can get. Good Luck!
