Management seems great at first, but once they have your signature on the contract, forget it! They are absolutely terrible. Since we have moved in nothing has gone right.

I will give the few positives:

-Floorplans are alright
-They allow dogs.
-Walls are actually pretty thick for an apartment

Negatives:

-Ants on the second floor
-Mice
-Terrible management (I really thing that they sit in the office all day BSing and thats it, if they actually spent a little bit of time acting like they cared, it could be an okay apartment)
-No control over loud neighbors
-No response to complaints
-Paying way too much
-Shoddy construction
-Inconvenience from renovation workers(Which management didn't inform us was going to happen prior to move in)
-Overwatering of the grass. By august, the whole complex was a swamp, in fact I think they have damaged their lawn in many places.
-Poor quality of living all together


In the end, I have worked way too hard in life to be living in such a dump. Anyone who sees this place from Maple St. and thinks "That looks like a pretty nice place", forget that thought.

Yes, Your right. I have the same problem with loud neighbors, i complained and nothing, the next weekend, partys and screeming at 2:15 in the morning. I CAN'T SLEEP HERE!
