I wish I had known about this site before I signed my lease here. When I first camer to look at these apts., the office staff was very helpful. They made it seem like this was a picture perfect place to live. I was sold. After I signed the lease and moved in, they were no longer of any help. They just don't care.
I was under the assumption that I lived in a home with security and gated entry. when we moved in we were told the the gates were only open for the winter. Well they have only been shut twice since I moved in, and when they were the openers didn't work. As far as the security goes, my security went off one day and wouldn't shut off. Two hours later we finally got ahold of the office and asked why nobody came to check out the situation and they let us know that yes, we have security, and that if we wanted it monitored we would have to call the security company and pay them an additional; monthly fee.
Now, about the parking!!!!!!! Wow, having a job where sometimes I don't get home until 2a.m. really sucks when living here. If you aren't home by 7 p.m. at night you get to park at the other end of the complex. One night I had to walk 5 blocks to get to my door. This is an everyday thing!!!!!
About the apartment itself, thay are nice apartments, don't get me wrong, but....
Yeah there are new appliances, new LOUD appliances. I think they went out and searched for a paint that would get a scratch if you looked at it. The carpet is pathetic, you can try your hardest to keep it clean, but stains magically appear. Some of the outlets don't work and the water pressure is horrible. We told the staff about this and they said it would be fixed immediatly. It has been six months, still no change. The walls are paper thin. You can almost make out the conversation of your neighbors. The people above us would wake us just by walking. And I constantly think my windows are open, but they aren't.
I am just so disapointed by this complex. I wish I never signed that lease!
