This complex is only about the all-mighty dollar and have been nothing but a pain in the ass since we moved in.
We pay for a gated community for our safety and they have yet to close those gates even once in our year of being there or giving us the code.
They say they will regulate their parking but this is a joke!! Since they don't give their residents parking permits, everyone and their dog parks in the complex and leaves no spaces for the actual residents. And since they don't have enough garage spaces for everyone especially at reasonable price, people are now parking in the handicap spaces in order to park somewhere. I often have to park on the otherside of the complex and walk to my apartment at night in a non-safe atmosphere.
They say they do background checks...again total crap!! We had level 3 sex offender living in the complex and we were never notified. There are police and sheriff's cars there all the time dealing with domestic disturbances, noise complaints, etc. When you call the management to alert them of any situation, they say they don't care and we should call the authorities. Yet when we call the authorities, the management complains that they were not notified.
They also hardly ever alert their residents to work being done in buildings. The water was shut off one day in our building and we had no idea...until I went to do the dishes and I had no water. When I called the management they said, "Oh yeah, there was a flood in one of the apartments and we had to shut the water off."
In addition, the amount they charge for rent is already high. When we went to extend our contract at $669(we had to while we were waiting for our house to be completed) they wanted to charge us an additional $75 dollars a month to residents who had lived there a year and who had paid every bill on time. Meanwhile, they were offering our very same apartment for $619!! So we're already paying $50 more and they wanted to charge us another $75!!

DO NOT LIVE HERE unless you want to be treated like ----!!

Lived here about 6 Months. Office Staff completely rude and complete disregard to customers concerns. Spent an entire 6 months logging complaints that were made to the police, corporate office, and the piss poor leasing office on site. Complaints were for constant bass music which rattled our entire non-insulated apt. and nothing was ever done or said to that resident. Finally I went into leasing office demanding they terminate my lease only to be called a liar and told I have never made a complaint. My final complaint led to police searching the mans apt. and found automatic weapons, sniper rifles, tons of ammo, and a bullet proof vest. FINALY at the demand of the corporate office they let us out of the lease. Great but they stole the entire deposite and are demanding 2 months rent because again, they said I lied and never complained the final time. Please, do not do this to yourself and move into those apts. They may look nice but it was a miserable experience and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.
