Granted I have only lived here for a week, I would like to say that this place is very nice. Parking can be a problem, but that's anywhere in a growing city like Omaha. If you would like your own parking, buy a house. Already, I've had maintenance come in twice! This was just for little things that I wanted adjusted in my new apartment, and they were fixed the very next day. Oh, the management. These are some of the nicest people I have met. I have been in their office about a hundred times, and I have never been treated like crap and have always left happy. The gates.. they are broken because stupid people forget their pin and decide to ram the gates. So unless we eliminate stupidity from our population, even if they get fixed again, I doubt it'll be long before another idiot forgets his pin. I love the layout. It's very spacious and beautiful. Guess what, try searching for an apartment with all the amenities this one has to offer and you will be paying well over $1,000 a month - The fireplace, the huge bedrooms, bathrooms and closets, huge balcony, washer/dryer in unit, dishwasher, pool, fitness center (both very excellent), etc. This is also a very conveniently located place. There are so many things located near here.. grocery store, gas stations, borders, starbucks, restaurants, stores.. you name it, and it's probably in walking distance. Haven't seen a single bug or rodent either. Maybe I live in a different Steeplechase than all those complainers. Look into, it's a great place.

HA HA HA, I liked it the first week too. The staff is very nice. That is it. Try living listening to what I hear 24/7. I would rather live in a trailer park at this point.
