I would not recommend Steeplechase to anyone. My biggest complaint is how loud it is. The floors/ceiling between levels have no insulation. Whenever the person above me walks it sounds like an elephant lives upstairs. The light fixtures shake and my bobble heads start going crazy. It sounds like the person is about to fall through. It s so bad that I wake up at least 4 times a week just from the person upstairs walking around. I m not alone in this complaint. I ve talked to others who say the same thing.

When I first moved in, I had someone living below me who liked to play loud music into the early morning. When I complained to management they told me they can t do anything until there is a police report.

I live on the bottom floor and had to remove the glass from my celing fan because it shook so bad when someone "walked" above me. My windows shake and sometimes the doors do to. Now that I know how to irritate the COWS who live above me, I am going out and buying the biggest baddest stereo and hooking the speakers up to the ceiling. IT IS UNLIVEABLE HERE!!!!!
