We have been here for 14 months. We have 3 kids. For what a resident pays in rent the property sure isn't kept up very well. Dog poop all over the place including on the sidewalk. Pet owners are not respectful around here. The playground is a lawsuit waiting to happen. I have asked management several times to properly mulch the area and nothing is done. The ground is hard packed with large rocks sticking up. I've attached pictures of the playground. The pool just opened on June 23. No parking anywhere,Someone parked in front of our garage so we couldn't get out and I had to take my daughter to school. They couldn't figure out who's car it was and finally just had it towed. In the winter, snow plowing is a joke. Drunk college kids getting in fights in the halls and being loud at all hours of the night.
When you come to look at an apartment they show you a "model apartment" be sure to ask to see a real apartment. Our apartment carpet has a HUGE cat/dog pee stain that stinks and feel disgusting if you walk on it with bare feet. We've asked and asked and nothing gets done about it. We do not have pets and I don't want to have an apt. that smells like one. I just learned that there have been 41 car break ins in the last two months!! And one apartment in the building next door has been broken into twice!!!! Nothing was communicated to us about these issues. If they told us we could be on the look out for suspicious behavior. I could go on and on about this place. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I liked.

Call six on your side about the playground theyll help ya. What the ---- kinda slide is that anyways..I wouldnt even want to slide down it much let my kid...Oh the big PISS STAIN! Yes, your fault I would have complained about that when you first moved in and they would have replaced it or helped out with something. Drunk college kids are everywhere, cant really escape them, go get a house. POOP! I walked outside today and and i got crap all over my shoe, how gross! Seriously, you "pet owners" need to pick up after your dogs ----, serioulsy.. no one wants to see that ----. Break ins. They also have the security thing RIGHT by the door if you dont want to use it dont ----- about it. Living in apartments they have good and bad things, not every apartment is going to fit your needs unless you have tons of money to either fix it yourself. Plain and simple getting your own house, still things go wrong. The only concern I have is dumb teenagers driving like crazy in the lots, sorry im 22 I have a kid and I respect OTHERS walking around in the complex.
