We have lived here for about four months. When looking at these apartments on the internet, it is advertised as a "gated communi--". Well, it is gated - BUT THEY DON'T USE THE GATES!!! I've heard of plen-- of cars being broken into around here, and I can now say that this is true because my car was broken into last night. Now I have a broken window and some parts of the stereo are on my front seat while the other parts remain in tact (the crooks were apparently too stupid to figure out how to get it out'). Don't even get me started on parking around here - if you come home after 8:00pm you can plan on parking halfway across the complex (mind you, this is a fairly big complex). And I agree with the previous review that people will park wherever they please - tons of people parking in handicapped spots and spots that are marked "No parking - FIRE LANE". The staff is made of the flakiest people I've ever met in my life. They don't have a secure way to hold your mail packages - you have to walk into a back room in the office where they're all just laying in a pile and you can take what's yours (And anybody else could take yours as well!). The apartments themselves are decent, but only if you like bugs. We've had a huge problem with rollie pollies, centipedes, crickets and these little worms ever since we moved in. We've complained about it and they claimed they will have the bug man come but we're still seeing them. Dog crap is in all the yarded areas. The apartment buildings themselves are not secure as there are no locks on the outside doors - you just have your wimpy front door lock. They offer a "securi-- system" where an alarm will go off if a window or door is opened and pulls one wire out from another - I wouldn't count on it to save my life.

When we were shown the model apartment (which by the way, is soooo much better than the actual apartments), --, the manager (the flakiest guy you will ever meet in your life) told us that you will NEVER hear a noise because the place is so well "insulated". BULL!!!! We can hear every single step our upstairs neighbors take and it sounds like an elephant is walking around.

They charge you a $20 monthly "maintenance fee" but to be honest, they're not doing anything with it. I can't wait until my lease is up so I can get the heck out of here.

In closing, if you value your safe--, peace and quiet, a bug free home, and being able to park within a decent range of your apartment - DON'T LIVE HERE. However, if none of that matters to you and you're looking for an overpriced place with a nice kitchen and french bedroom doors, then by all means this is the place for you.

I second that, but I wouldn't go so far as to say the kitchen is nice. The appliances are worthless pieces of crap. I had ants that invaded my kitchen right when I moved in. Since I was in the pest control industry I had to take care of the problem myself.

I completely agree, I just got a $144 ticket for parking in a handicap stall because there was absolutely no where else to park except in the neighborhood behind the entire complex about a half mile from my actual apartment, and being 8 months pregnant and 23 years old, I think that is a huge safe-- issue. Therefore, I went to talk to the manager, and not only was she rude but she was discriminating as well. The apartment is nice, but thats all you really get from this apartment complex.
