I signed my lease in May and have nothing but problems.

The other people are right the management is worthless. I dont think they can even tie their shoes without direction. I have complained many times about work not being done in the apartment and bugs. If you like rollie pollies, spiders and all kinds of freaky bugs this is the place for you. If you need maintenance work done, call the after hours line, at least it gets done that way.

As far as security that is a joke as well. This is not a "gated community" as advertised. The gates are not operational and I was told when I signed my lease they would be. I also activated the alarm in my apartment, well a lot of good that does me when no one seemed to show me how to work it or give me instructions on how to work it. Management told me they would copy a set of instructions, I never saw them. I was also told that I would have security connectors on my living room windows, that was never done as well. I cant wait to move out of this place.

Save your money and look somewhere else.
