Don't waste yout time looking at this community. We have had nothing but problems since we moved in alomst a year ago. The management is the worst that we have ever encountered. They say they'll take care of things but never do. They have been telling people for years now that they are going to have the controlled access gates repaired but that has yet to happen, even after a recent abduction. Last year the pool didn't open until halfway through the summer and even then wasn't well kept. The tenants above have been extremely loud since they moved in and though we have made them aware of the situation management has done nothing. Maintanence is a joke, they take their time getting around to things and then don't get it right half of the time. The grounds look terrible as there are cigarette butts, trash, and dog dropping everywhere. Though management told us they are strict about noise and other problems that arise they have yet to prove it or even show any interest in caring. This place is the slums of northwest Omaha. We are not renewing our lease and I have yet to talk to anyone who has in the eleven months we have been here. Save yourself the headache and live somewhere else.

I couldn't agree more with your review! I thought it was hilarious when we were shown the apartment originally, the leasing consultant kept going on and on about how "the walls are really insulated so you will never hear any of your neighbors". HA! That's a joke. The person who lived above us made our cheesy, cheap brass chandelier SHAKE everytime they walked around. I woke up numerous times from them just walking around. Either there was an elephant living above us, or they were lying when they said you will never hear any of your neighbors... Congrats on almost being done with your lease there!
