Not only are the units way over pricede, but there are plenty of defects in them that management does not care to take care of. Parking is so bad that I am sometimes forced to park in the street next the gas station/ $35 dollars of your fees goes towards grounds keeping, but try and walk in the grass without stepping in dog ----. They promise you big money for referrals, but when it comes time to pay up the completely jerk you around and play dumb about giving what was promised to you. plus you have to pay a fee for it being a gated communitty, even though the damn gate hasn't worked in over a decade!!! All in all this place is a joke
