I was reading the other reviews and I don't know why the other people are complaing so much. They have a new management team and they seem to be doing a good job. I had some issues with noisy neighbors and they took care of it right away. As far as the parking goes, it use to be an issue, but ever sense they implemented the new parking sticker system, I've had no issues and now I can park really close to my apartment. I like it here and I recomend living here.

there is the key word SEEM THE MANAGEMENT TEAM ALL THE WAY FROM THE OWNERS TO THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE WILL FIND A WAY STEAL YOUR MONEY WHEN YOU DECIDE TO LEAVE AND THEY WILL ALSO EVENTUALLY MAKE YOUR STAY THERE MISERABLE. HAVEN'T YOU SEEN ANY BUGS YET? DIRTY FILTY HALLWAYS, DOG POOP???HOW ABOUT THE TENANTS THAT HAD THEIR CARS TOWED EVEN WITH A PARKING STICKER CHANNEL 6 HAD A NEWS STORY ABOUT THE PARKING SITUATION AT STEEPLECHASE GOOOOD LUCK
