Wow!! There are some bad reviews about this place and I'm not sure why. I have lived here for a few years and love it. Yes, the management has changed, but in my opinion for the better. They have really started picking up the grounds, they are fixing the parking lot and they just updated the fitness center. I've also been told they are going to update the the hallways and much more. As far as the parking situation, it has been much improved. The new parking policy is awesome! I always have a spot RIGHT IN FRONT OF MY BUILDING and my guest don't mind parking in guest parking. They understand that they are a guest to this property and are willing to walk a short distance to come visit me so that others who pay to live here may park in front of their building.

I hope other people will ignore the bad reviews about this property. It's sad that only people who had issues write a review. I hope the others who live here with me and like it will take 5 mis and give this property a great review like it deserves!

HA you just havent lived there long enough - wait until your car is stolen/vandalized in your "front door" parking spot. Wait until you are infiltrated with bugs - WAIT unitl winter when your paper thin walls let all the cold in .. just wait.

HMMMM ....sounds like the management wrote this...Do YOU really want MORE people to live next to you? You give yourself away when you say you've lived there for a few years but your profile says 2009-2009, get real! Now we know why none of the hundreds of issues are being addressed...the management staff are all too busy writing "damage control" reviews on all the apartment rating websites. If you really believed in what you say, why not attach your name??? Too afraid you'll be named in the lawsuits is my guess... You should quit your job as apartment manager for steeplechase and get a MORE RESPECTABLE JOB like debt collector or Mafia snitch!!!

I went in today to inquire for a 3 bedroom . They were so rude. They completely ignore me when I walk in. If that's what they do before they get you in . I cant imagine how they treat once your in.I just walk away and left.
