I agree that the maintenance staff is not competent for the type of work they are trying to perform. We had them work on our air conditioner several times over the summer and could never get the apartment any cooler than 80 degrees. The heat doesn't work correctly either, and they haven't been able to fix it either. It took 6 months for them to come out and fix a bathroom door. Very dated fixtures, tile, etc. Thin walls - I can hear every word the neighbors say. On the positive side, landscaping is well maintained. Clubhouse is not the best I've seen and there are no facilities for working out and no playground equipment for kids. Location is good, however, as it is close to interstate and other major streets.
