These are old apartments and it shows. They say if you stain the carpet they take your deposit and replace the carpet. Well, when we moved in there were several stains on the carpet. Also the first day we got here the upstairs bathroom flooded and went through the vent to the Kitchen where the light had fallen down. The repaired it finally a month later, but it has fallen down three times since then and every time they came abck and suppsoedly fixed it, my fiance, who has had no maitenance experience, finally fixed it and it has nto fallen down since. The parking here is horrible unless you get a garage. The apartments have two floors which is nice but hard to keep cool in the summer, the upstairs is always smoldering hot no matter how much you crank your AC so the electric bill is outrageous. You can hear all the neighbors around you, especially through the bathroom vents. When they re-do the parkign lots or clean them they barely give you 24hours notice to elt you knwo your car has to be off the parking lots/streets or it will be towed, forcign you to get up early on your day off and find soemthign to go do for a few hours unless, once again, you have a garage. They always smell musty and dingy and the office staff are very rude, I refuse to go in the office to pay my rent, I always drop it in the drop box. They also tried to screw us out of our lease, our lease said we had until the end of June but they said it was a typo and that we needed to be out by May, they did nothign to rectify the situation until I finally threatened legal action. Needless to say I can't wait to get out of this hell hole!
