I had read a few previous postings on the new management and how it was better (it appears that it couldn't have been worse) than the previous managers, so I went in with my attention peaked to that detail. I have to agree, the management team and staff have been outstanding. While I have only had to request less than a handful of service calls, every single one of them was addressed and fixed within 24 hours, actually all bit one item was corrected within hours on the very same day I reported it.

The grounds are well pretty well kept and they are renovating many of the units both inside and out which will improve the appearance even more so.

For the area, the rent is very attractive. As I mentioned, the units are be renovated so they have a very clean and fresh feel to them.

A playground for the kids, pool and sauna for everyone makes this community atractive to families as well as singles.

I highly recommend Stony Brook Apartment and Townhomes.
