I moved to Stony Brook a little over a year ago. And at first the management was so nice and as soon as we signed the lease they drastically changed. We had nothing but attitude and rudeness from the two girls in the office. I think it was due to the immaturity of the girls that run the office, they are both very young. We had so many problems with them, our ac was broke for half of the summer. Every time we would call they would have an attitude. Now that we are moved out they have charged us a ridiculous amount for the normal wear and tear of the apartment. I am not a dectructive person and the apartment looked better than it did when we moved in. I have lived in many apartments and have never been charged for things like repainting the walls, in which we only hung two pictures in the whole apartment. So my advice is that anyone that may be looking to move in, Run! This aparment was the worse apartment that I have ever lived in. My roomates and I all moved out early because we couldn't stand to be there any more.

Are you talking about the same complex I live at? The girls are not that young, I guess it depends on what you are classifing as young. I have been impressed with them completing the issues with my apartment. I guess what I'm saying is don't believe everything you read it sounds like these people are hard to please.

Yea, I am the one that wrote it and Im not hard to please at all. Anyone that knows us would tell you we are very easy going people. That is the weird thing about this apartment is that they are soo good to some and others (like us) they treat terribly. (Maybe favor to boys) And they are in there Idk mid-20s..So am I, it was more a maturity thing to me I guess. I guess what I am saying is your hit and miss if you will be ones who get the nice people or the mean ones.. Good Luck!
