I've been here nearly 4 years and don't plan on moving anytime soon. We've had our ups and downs, but mostly it's a great place to live. Can't seem to get a key that works for our mail box--been trying for a few months now , and that's a combination of the crappy postal carrier and the office. And it was a little rocky right after the new owners came --the previous owners left only the leases --no other info like license plate numbers, car types, tenant phone numbers, etc. But otherwise, it's fine. Office staff is friendly. Maintenance issues are taken care of promptly. Noise is seldom an issue. Parking is tight, but not horrible. Most of the neighbors keep to themselves or are friendly. We're located next to Millard South High School and within walking distance of a grocery, discount store (KMART), and restaurants -- that's walking distance to ME, much more is "within walking distance" for someone who doesn't mind a little more of a hike. And the apartments are massive without being expensive. My only complaint is that they require a hefty pet deposit AND rent for the pet.
