They changed the name and threw on a couple of layers (multiple layers) of paint and say "HEY, Look at us! We are real townhomes!" They show you a model that looks really nice. You ask to see the townhome that is available... you know the one that you will be signing the lease for... and they say "oh, that one isn't ready yet, Let me show you another one". You move in. You already signed the lease. Your townhouse is a hole. Everything is gross. The walls have so many layers of paint they look like the ceiling. The bathroom is gross. You complain. You complain. You call. You get the machine. You call. They say they'll call you back. You wait. You wait. You call. You get the machine. You go over to the office. There is a "Be back in a few hours" sign in the window.

You have appliances that break down every month. They come "fix" them after a few days. It does no good at all. They break down again. You call... you get the machine... no one calls you back.

It's a neverending cycle of this stuff. I can't wait to get the heck out of here!!

Oh yea, don't leave ANYTHING on your porch. The kids around here steal your childrens stuff and the adults take everything else!
