I have lived at Terrace Gardens for a year and a half. I have seen 2 managers come and go and we are on the third one, who is very discriminatory!! If you are young, she'll try to kick you out just as fast as you moved in. The carpet was stained and horrible when I moved in and now I am being charged for it. Also, you can here everything that goes on in your neighbors townhome. They charge you more for these dumps than what you would pay for a house. It took them two weeks to fix a clogged sink with standing water in it. Oh, and if you want any privacy, this is deffinetly NOT the place, the manager is constantly going in to apartments for inspections WITHOUT 24-hour notice. Don't walk around the house in a towel because if maintenance comes and knocks and you tell them to hold on a minute, they still come in. As for noise from the courtyard, never stops, parties all the time, parking is TERRIBLE and I wouldn't recommend this place to my WORST ENEMY!!!!!!!!! Plus if you have dogs, you'll pay a $300 non-refundable deposit and an extra $20 a month per animal then if there are any damages to your apartment because of them they will still charge you, so why pay all the charges anyways.
