We moved here from a rather large house and LOVE the garage and full basement (which we use as a "family room".) Patti in the office remembers names and always has a smile--and I've had good (prompt) help with the maintenance staff. The grounds always look nice. However, the rent is a killer--and the person who sends out "notices" leaves a bitter taste in my mouth--very imperious tone--not at all accomodating--full of threats and fines. And we can hear our neighbors quite well. We will be moving when our lease is up because the rent is difficult to come up with every month.
