There is plenty of space in the townhome, but a serious lack of storage. We have to store things on shelves in the basement due to a lack of cabinets in the kitchen. We enjoy the large rooms, but find we can hear everything going on in the townhome next to us. The walls are uninsulated and thin. I tried to hang a picture and found that the nail was hitting the other townhomes wall. The nail was a 1.5 inch nail. Be careful of the townhomes that are offered to allow pets for a discount of not paying the pet deposit as they smell bad, real bad. They claim the carpeting has been cleaned, but the odor is all the way into the padding. Parking' What parking' Don't have more than one car here, there is no room for additional cars.
