I have had issues with the new management. Tammy is the worst manager I have ever had to deal with. Our townhome flooded in August and has damaged a large amount of property. I called Tammy and she asked why I was calling her that I needed to call my insurance. I called them they came out and looked at the damage and said that the flood was caused by a foundation problem and that the townhomes have to deal with replacing our property. I called her back she was willing to do nothing. I called customer service and they never called back I had to call a head guy in another city to get anywhere. I have since been going through hell with risk management trying to get them to settle with us on our damaged property and it doesnt seem like we are getting anywhere and it is March. The maintenece guy here bill said that there are about 10 townhoms here that flood and that head management doesnt want to spend the money to fix it. If you want a headache then rent a townhome here!!!!
