Everything is horrible. Holly, the manager, is the worst person to deal with. My rent was always on time, I was quiet, and I never did anything wrong. The way she treats her residents is nothing but disrespectful. When you move out, they will try to cheat you out of your last dime...whatever they can find wrong with your townhome, they will, and charge you quadruple what they pay to fix it. Even small things that are absolutely normal wear and tear from living there for two years, I was charged for.

There is no security. NONE. Do not let management tell you there is. My car got vandalized three times. It is a shady, shady place and I want nothing more than for anyone else to not make the same mistake I did.

The ONLY positive was the maintenance man was always on time to fix things and very pleasant about everything...maybe because he felt bad about everything else residents have to put up with and felt sorry for us.
