My roommate and I viewed the townhomes fall of last. We liked the space that the townhome had to offer, and the community seemed quiet. The area that we were shown had ample extra parking and the home had newer carpet. We were impressed, and moved in about a month later.

The carpet in our townhome is old and stained. Parking is horrible, there isn't parking for 2 people let alone any visitors. We have had some issues with the shower leaking since we have been there and there is a water stain in the ceiling of my living room. The leak was fixed, but the stains and floor wasn't.

There is a lot of space compared to other apartments, so if space is what you want, it is worth the money. The gas heat is expensive, especially when the upstairs is chilly during the winter. The neighborhood is quiet, and it is in a great location, quick to the interstate and stores.

There is new management, and they are starting to do updates
