This place is horrid!! When I moved in there was so many things wrong in my unit! There was HUGE brown spiders that I asked them to spray for even before my move in! The front door didn't seal at all so all my heat was excaping and the cold air was comin in-i could even see outside between the seal! Their cheap paint was already chiped by the day I moved in, the diswasher held standing water and the garbage disposal was broken!!! Might I add that none of this was like this when I had looked at my unit before moving it. When I asked them to fix it...literally it took them almost 2 months and when they did come they never notified me when they were coming. Good thing I was off from work ill the day they decided to just walk into my house!!! Don't they have to give a 24hr notice' Oh yea, I also had roaches in my basement!! That took about 3 weeks to have someone out there to spray that too!! And come to find out, they sprayed only outside my house....HELLO they are already inside my house. So they had to come back and spray inside. Not to mention there are mice in the garage and one got in my truck and tore up EVERYTHING!!! DISGUSTING!!! The property manager, Erika is a complete joke too. She will tell you one thing and do another. Or if your trying to get in contact w/her and leave a message...good luck getting her to call you back that day! Maybe if she wasn't outside smoking or screening calls she could return/answer a call. There's a part-time gal there too, Donna who is such a snot. I had called up there one day and was talking to her when she told me she didn't have time to talk and just hung up on me! They have no respect for anyone here.

The majority of the people living here are disgusting and trash!! The people on one side of me have like 5-6 kids, plus mom and dad in a 3 bdrm unit...uhhh isn't that illegal' They have so much trash in their garage (literally its trash just thrown everywhere) they can't park a vehicle in there and continue to take up spots that normal people need. On their back patio that we share their kids nast toys are also strung out all over the place and infront my my door/patio!! When I moved in in Oct they had a kiddie pool from the summer with standing brown, dirty water in it....its March and its still there!! Seriously, that's disgusting and at one point there was a dead bird in it!!

As far s how much they charge for their 3 bdrm....total joke! When I moved in my rent was $1,016/month and about 4 months later I seen ads everwhere stating they had lowered their prices to $835-$850/month!! I even did a blocked call to the office to inquire about the rent changes and they told me that they lowered it b/c their tenants were being evicted b/c they couldn't pay the $1000/month and they had to lower the prices. OMG seriously!! Seriously, this dump is nowhere worth that much money!!!

So pretty much if you have no respect for yourself, belongings and sense of pride...then go ahead and move right on in!! Otherwise...STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THIS NASTY, DISGUSTING PLACE!!!
