GREAT place to call home!

My husband and I moved into Tiburon View last year in the summer and have had absolutely no complaints.

The best part about the apartments is that there is ONE local man who built, manages, and does the maintenance of all 6 buildings! He does a tremendous job.

He knows us by name and is always interested in how we are doing.

The apartments are kept up well and have new appliances and cabinetry; lots of storage space; friendly neighbors; nice landscaping; and very quiet apartments.

The location is wonderful, right next to a golf course with great access to I-80 and anything and everything you could want on 168th and Center.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is looking for honest an landlord with great work ethic and business etiquitte.

I will be sad when the day comes that we have to move out...but I assure you when we do move out, we'll be moving into a house and not to another apartment complex.
