I've lived in Torrey Pines for 6 months now and this is the worst experience I've ever had in an apartment. We live on the first floor, my bedroom backs into the stairs. The walls are so thin I have had pictures knocked off the walls by people going up and down the stairs.
Complaints to the management go ignored. There has been a broken down car parked in front of my building UNMOVED SINCE OCTOBER and they will not have it towed.
Frankly I hate living in this complex and am counting the days until I can move.
