This is a frustrating place to live in. It feels as though they do not maintain the apartments, nor do they maintain services.

If you live on the bottom floor there will be a flood due to a backed up sewer at least once a year. They will claim that they are not responsible for any damage even though it is aparent that they do not maintain the sewer.

Recently, there were three buildings where the bottom floors flooded on the same day due to a backed up sewer. Mine was one of them. It was a good thing that we did not wait for them to clean it up, as it took them 20 hours to send someone out. In the meantime, all of our drawers have water damage and there is mold growing under the cabinets where we cannot reach. I am still waiting on their next excuse to not correct the problem.

A problem in the apartment will be 'fixed', but actually nothing has been done. I would not be suprised if this place was inspected for its electrical systems that it would not pass.

Parking can be rough, depending on which building you are in. I recommend a garage, as you may end up having to park further away than you would like to.

The tenants are great. There are a lot of kids, which makes it good if you have kids. Overall, the place would not be so bad if it was managed properly.

WE had awful times with our toilets too. The first night we moved in they flooded just from toilet paper! We should have turned & ran that day because they continued to flood the whole time we lived there!
