I thought living here would be great but it is only okay. Maintenance isn't good. They take forever to get things fixed. The thing that has bothered me most though are the things I have paid for but didn't have. For example, it is suppost to be a gated community. I lived there a year before the gates were even installed. Now that they are, the are only closed between 8pm and 6am. So, if we are to get robbed it would only be at night' They also leave the gates open when it snows. Personally, I feel the gates are worthless because they are open most of the time. The construction of the apartments are also very poor. Paint job is horrible, there are cracks in the grout between the tiles, and the windows and doors are very drafty. I recently found out as well that they now charge a lot less in rent than when I moved in. An apartment that is larger than mine now rents for less than mine. Oh, and they spend more time cleaning the snow in front of the clubhouse than anywhere else. I could go on... It could be worse but I also feel there are many areas that need to be improved.
