When I first moved here it was crazy. First I was supposed to have a fireplace and teh entertainment center in the wall. But when I went to look at my ACTUAL unit they weren't there. They met me halfway and gave me another unit for the same price (5 bux a month yahoo.)

However the people that live in this community are ridiculous. I lived next door to a biker who came home drunk one night and tried to fight my fiance. Screaming hysterically at a woman for asking him to stop revving his motorcycle at 2am which he did nonstop for about 2 straight minutes. Then he proceeded to challenger her to a fight while screaming obscenities, very classy. Mgmt told me they would send a noise complaint. Very nice, however the girl that did that got fired. I also had two bikers across from me, 3 motorcycles within 30 ft. of my place is not very fun. There's only two stalls in between the spot where I lived and people's visitors would park there all the time.

Oh and somebody stole my trash can. What kind of person lives in an 800 a month apartment and steals a trash can' There were also immature people leaving notes on cars and etc. The apartment itself has silverfish like crazy and neighbors I talked to had the same problem. When I was getting ready to leave, the place was filling out fast.

My mother got breast cancer and we decided to move back home to stay with her while she went through chemotherapy. The mgmt's response to my request to let me out of my lease was "Well if it was in the summer we could rent it more easily!" Sorry my mother didn't pick a great time to almost die. They had no compassion whatsoever and some of the things they said when we discussed it were just abominable.

Find somewhere else for that money.
