First off I lived in these apartments for 2 years about 5 years ago, so maybe things have changed for the better. I have so many horror stories about this place I do not know if I have the room to fit them all. First off we had snow in our apartment due to the horrible sliding doors. I mean like a huge pile on the floor with the sliding door closed. Management did nothing to fix this. The heat is electric and is about as effective as a candle. The building is poorly insulated, and your electric furnace will rack up a nice electric bill just to keep from freezing in the winter time. I smelled pot smoke all the time in the hall from the neighbors. My car was vandalized along with an entire parking lot of cars getting their tires slashed. Frequent visits by Omaha's finest usually topped off every night. Management placed space heaters running in the laundry rooms to prevent pipes from freezing 24/7 in the winter. Serious fire hazard! I had to threaten them I was going to call the fire marshall to inspect before they removed them. Also upon moving out they tried to hold onto the deposit for bogus charges. Please stay away from this apartment. The location is the only thing it has going for it. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
