The security in Tudor Heights is completely outrageous. There is no security in Tudor Heights. My apartment has recently been broken into and Tudor Heights does not seem to care. There are 4 apartments on my floor and 3 have been robbed in the last 6 months. Please don't get suckered into living here like we did. My apartment was completely renovated and things looked great, but that does not outweight the horrible management and crime associated with Tudor Heights. Thieves come to Tudor Heights because they know no one does a darn thing out here about crime. If you want to rob a place, rob Tudor Heights, you will get away with it.
There is also a drain in the laundary room that has been plugged for at least 3 weeks and it is starting to stink horribly throughout the entire appartment building. Management has been contacted numerous times and they consistently argue saying its just water even though I have been a plumber for 28 years and know for a fact what is wrong. You will have to stand in sewage water while doing your laundary. Be careful not to drop your clean clothes on the floor! Please stay away from here I wish I could tell more people to stay away from here.
