I have lived here for almost 2 years now and cant wait for the lease to be up. The only reason we renewed is because I was on bedrest for 5 months and that came during renewal time of the lease and I had no choice. The cops have been here and knocked on our door to see if we knew about a vehicle in the parking lot that was car jacked and then used in a bank robbery and then left here, they have questioned people about numerous break ins to garages. One of our neighbors had her whole apartment broken into stuff stolen and left completely trashed by the robber and then someone from maintenece was sent there to see if it was really a robber or if she was trying to scam insurance and a cop was there and told them it was a real robbery. I find that them not being concerned and only going there for that and not to see if she was ok is not ok. We have had our vehicles broken into twice in the 2 years. There are loud neighbors and parties all the time. People approaching you and asking for rides and cigarettes. People leave laundry in the laundry rooms for hours at a time so you cant hardly ever do laundry here. There are people who set off fireworks at 3 in the morning outside peoples windows and then run so noone knows who it is. Stuff breaks in the apartments and maintence comes but usually it still is broken. I personally have never had a issue with the office staff they have always been helpful when I have spoken with them. But the lack of security is what really kills this place. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.
