I have been a resident of Tudor Heights since the end of June 2006. It was my first apartment, first time on my own, first time far from home and I couldn't have had a better experience. Everything you've seen posted previous to this may have been true for the time the residents before me stayed at this complex. However, since then alot has changed. First, and most importantly the MANAGEMENT is BRAND spankin' NEW! Friendly, helpful, professional, all words that definitely ring true when describing those that run this facility. Second, due to new management/ownership, there have been numerous upgrades in each apartment building. Along with the upgrades the grounds have been better maintained, as well. It's obvious that the New Management wants to change the expectations of this venue. Parking has never been an issue, and is regularly patrolled.

I've only had one issue, in between management changes with a noisey downstairs neighbor - which was taken care of over a couple weeks time - it was only because of paperwork issues that it was taken care of sooner - again due to the changes. Nothing either company could control and I understand that.

Would I recommend Tudor Heights to anyone' ABSOLUTELY.
Would I tell them to believe the garbage they might hear about the complex' NO.

Things change overtime. Give it a chance. You'll be pleasantly surprised.
