Read the reviews people. None of these reviews are lies. Any good natured person should not give this place the time of day. I think they are horrible. I moved in a week ago and there were so many problems with my apartment I had thought crack heads preped the place. So I took pictures and filled out the move in check list with every single problem with the apartment, took it into the office and they acted like it wasnt there problem to check the place out before its rented and they will get to the repairs as soon as they can. That was a week ago!!!!
Update: I sent a certified letter to the management, telling them to fix or pay me to stay here. (which according to Omaha Housing authority is legal). The day they got it we talked to the head manager and she seemed to be interested in the problems. One of the probs was the hallways to our apartments stunk like rotten food. A week passed and finally a shampoo person got to one level of the apartment! And guess what? You guessed it, only one level was shampooed, leaving the rest to rot in the smell of rotton food. Just goes to show ya the true nature of this place.
