Having lived here since May of 2007 - many, many items have not been fixed. The mailbox door is non functional -- the dishwasher has not been fixed and even the drawers in the kitchen do not work! The laundry room has only one dryer one washer in which the washer doesn't even function properly. All of these items have been brought to the attention of management on several occasions! Additionally - the personnel in the front office are rude and non-professional. When trying to converse with them they monopolize the conversation and falsely accuse individuals.

The apartments themselves are spacious and well laid out - and the rent is reasonable. It would be hoped that the company that owns this property would invest some money in training their personnel to be able to handle their job of customer relations and property management.

If you are able to find other housing than Tudor Heights I would certainly suggest that you do so --the inconsiderate management and poor maintenance far out weigh the low rent and physical space of the apartments.
