It's a good place to live if you like north omaha.
After 1 year it has been ok.
the management is new and they will fix things if you stay on them.
other then that everything else seems fine.
security is good and complaints are taking care of.
I would move somewhere else if I was looking around for a apartment.
for $600.00 there are nicer places in omaha.
and they started charging us to pay for water,trash ,sewer,.
about $50 a month extra.

I have heard that they are not accepting any more applications from section 8 people, and they are not renewing any leases for it.
