- I have not lived at Tudor heights, but listen to my experience during the tour!!!


I believe that these comments are true. I went to look at apartments there and let me tell you! Before we started the tour, we talked about this website and the horrible comments. The manager thinks most of these comments are from one person who is upset, but these comments go back for years! I asked if there are a lot of robberies and the manager told me that cars get broken into during the summer. Can you believe she actually confirmed that with me' At least she was honest about that...I know cars get broken into at times no matter where you are, but I have heard of robberies at tudor heights many times.

Every apartment she showed me was absolutly disgusting! You think they'd have at least ONE clean apartment to show. Plus, the manager told me that the apartments were dirty because the people were evicted and left it dirty. Sorry, but I dont want to live in a community where people don't like paying their rent and leave apartments nasty! PLUS THE COMMENT ABOUT THE SHELVES IN THE CLOSET BEING WARPED IS TRUE! THE BEDROOMS HAVE BIG CLOSETS, BUT WHEN THEY LOOK THAT DISGUSTING, WHO CARES ABOUT THE SIZE! I DIDNT EVEN WANT TO WALK IN TO LOOK! THE SHELVES LOOKED LIKE THEY COULD BREAK AT ANY TIME... and that was in both apartments!

Plus, there is a comment that talks about a girl named Amanda. When I called, someone in management was very rude and snappy on the phone. Guess who it was...' So I absolutly believe that comment! Sorry, but its true!

I asked about the section 8. The manager first said they no longer have it. Then she said they have about 40 people on section 8. Im not trying to stereotype, but, I dont want to live in a building where there is section 8. People usually don't respect the property as much as they would if they had to pay half a grand every month.

Then they showed me one of their 'luxury' apartments that is renting for $75 more than the rest. Whoever they have painting the apartments is horrible, carpet had stains, and bathroom was DISGUSTING. COULDNT EVEN WALK IN IT I WAS SO GROSSED OUT!

Most of the apartments I walked by had broken screens! The hallways stank horribly!

I have so much to say! My visit to Tudor heights confirmed EVERYTHING I have read.

IF APARTMENTS ARE DISGUSTING DURING TOURS ( NASTY CARPET, WALLS, KITCHEN, SMELLY, ECT, I CANT EVEN IMAGINE WHAT IT WOULD BE LIKE IF I MOVED THERE!!!!

--And don't say im just an upset tenant! I never lived there! The tour convinced me to look else where for an apartment, even though I need one asap!

When and if you go on a tour, look around and imagine yourself living there. Look at the people. Do they look friendly, or are they mugging you'

Just don't do anything that you may regret. Living somewhere you arent comfortable is horrible. They are having a good rent special right now ( which I was told is because people are moving out, so they want to get more people in), but dont let that pull you in. You can find specials everywhere if you look around. There are apartments on 108th and Maple across from the bag n'save (about 3 different properties). I looked at those are they are better.

First of all i would like to say the person that wrote this horriable stuff has no idea what she is talking about. If she have lived here and given Tuder Heights a chance she would have written something alot diffrent alot better. I have been here since 2005 and the management here was not the best i've seen a couple managers come and go. Every since Christy and Amanda has been here things have been Great. Before they came I was looking to move but since getting to know these terrific women I don't see myself going anywhere...Christy does what she can to make all her residents feel at home. Me and my children and the people I do know that live here adore her.And for those people who think that all of us section 8 people are all bad then you don't know the once i do. Some of the car brake-ins that really has'nt been alot were not done by section 8 people or one certain color. And it is a good thing that Christy was honest about that. Shes the type of person that has no reason to hide anything...And the comment about Amanda she is a sweet heart and is always here when needed this girl goes out of her way too make sure that she explains everything you want to know about the apartments these women have helped me in so many ways you would'nt believe. They make sure that the apartments they show are what you could call home. And to be truthful if they were to leave here I would not stay... What I really enjoy is the fact that they have so many fun things planned for the holidays or special events. what other apartments do you know that would do things like that....I am a resident not just a friend I love these women like they were my family. I would recomment Tuder Heights to anyone. Give us a chance and you can judge for yourself. So thank you were not only residents or a community were family.

And she said nothing about color...so quit assuming that all section 8 recipients are black, racist. (but most are).

Well you are so full of it!! I worked at ghetto heights! I mean Tuder Heights Not only will you see people of the night having sex in the pool, you will find USED condoms in the parking lot.People appear out of nowhere at night from behind a tree !! Im not kidding you! This is true hell i worked their and,I had to carry a knife.Some woman would have sex with guys in the breaker room in building 16.I found two dead bodies!!!!!!!!!!1One was a old age death one a self inflicted gun shot.Amanda your guilty as hell and you know it you lie to people. And you have had sex on the office desk !!!!!!!!!!!! YA know its true. AS far as the maint men Well they try,but you cant fix a ---- hole over night not even in 3 years

I went on a tour here too, the place looked old, nasty and full of criminals - AGREED! I also have heard about the robbery problems at Tudor Heights. I always stay away from places that offer section 8.
