Since I moved in there has been a list of problems. Within the first week my diswasher broke. Took maintenance a month to replace. My freezer drips water into the refridgerator which I have placed a bucket to catch the water. Still no word when they are going to fix it(it has been 6 months). My windows let all my heat out and my bill was about has much as a house. So I put plastic up on my windows. I was told by management that having plastic in my windows was in violations of my lease. They said if I took down the plastic they would replace my windows. Still waiting on that. They replaced the glass but not the frame. I had to call the owners to get something done. They said that there is nothing wrong with the frame and that new glass would fix the problem. They also gave me permission to put the plastic back up(which sticks out about a foot from the window when the wind blows). Problem fixed right' This apartment says that all utilities except for electricity is paid for. But recently I got a bill for water, sewer, gas and trash. I questioned this and they said this was in the lease that I signed. I asked before I signed if there where going to be any fees or bills that I would have to pay. According to mangement all I would pay for was rent & electricity. Obviously I was lied to.
